In 1987, she graduated from the Almaty Power Engineering Institute with a degree in Power Engineering with the qualification of an Engineer-Teacher of Power Engineering Disciplines.

In 2007, she graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Mineral Resources of the Kazakh National Technical University (Satpayev University) with a degree in Economics.

She has a professional PROSCI certification in the Change Management process in accordance with PROSCI methodologies and tools”.

She has over 30 years of professional experience in the electric power industry, including 24 years with KEGOC. She started her career in 1987 as a category 2 engineer at the planning and design bureau «Guryevenergo Power Engineering and Electrification Production Enterprise».

In 1993-1998, she worked as the Administrative Manager at AO Komsnabstroy and the Executive Director of the Association of Business Women of Kazakhstan, overseeing personnel issues and providing for low-income and unemployed women in Almaty (ADJK).

1998 – present: Chief Specialist of the HR Department; Deputy Head of the Labor and Payroll Unit of the HR Department; Chief Manager of the HR Unit of the HR Department; Head of the Change Management Unit of the Process Management and Digital Transformation Department; Freelance Adviser to the Chairman of the Management Board on Youth and Volunteering at KEGOC.

While working at KEGOC, she devoted herself to human resource management and social policy. She has completed HR projects and personal achievements in building a system for the professional development and training of industry personnel, recruitment and adaptation, motivation and remuneration, mentoring and promoting labor dynasties in the field of regulating HR processes and improving social and labor relations. While supervising the issues of change management in the course of implementing the Digital Transformation Program, KEGOC deals with the human aspect of changes, creation of a corporate culture of continuous improvement, and generation of a positive information flow.

Works in the field of improving social and labor relations in the team, being a member of the Industrial Council for Occupational Safety and Health of AO KEGOC (employee representative) and the collective bargaining, project preparation, and collective agreement implementation monitoring committee (employee representative), a member of the United Trade Unions Committee of the Energotechprofsoyuz NGO and the Bureau of the PPO Nur Otan.

From 2010 to 2015, she was directly involved in the development of projects of the sectoral qualification framework (SQF) for the national electric power industry and nine professional standards of professions for main job positions; drafts of the National and Sectoral Qualifications Framework, Methodological Recommendations for the development and execution of the NQF and ORQ. As a member of the working groups, she participated in the development of issues of work with personnel and training in the electric power industry of the Electric Power Council of the CIS and the sectoral Council for the development of technical and vocational education and training in the field of the electric power industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2013 – present: As a member of the Executive Committee of the Women’s Energy Club of the KAZENERGY Association, she participated in the development of the draft Concept of Family and Gender Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030 and the Action Plan for the implementation of the Concept; participated in mentoring programs for women in the electricity sector; in a joint study with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on the Role of Women in the Energy Sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of a draft Roadmap for promoting gender equality in the renewable energy sector in the Republic of Kazakhstan; as a part of the working group, he takes part in the development of the draft Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2019, she was the Speaker at the meeting of the expert group on clean energy systems (CES) of the UN Committee on Sustainable Energy, and since 2020, as a member of the Energy Sector Coordinating Committee, she has been taking part in the “Creation of the CAREC’s (Central Asia Regional Cooperation) “Women in Energy” Program” jointly with the Asian Development Bank.

Since 2010, while being a member of various working groups of the Association of HR Managers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she participated in the development of 24 professional standards in human resource management.
